I only request the minimum information needed to provide safe and efficient holistic treatments and Yoga classes / practise. If you object to the collection of your personal data I may be unable to provide you with my treatments or classes.
How do I collect personal data about you
I may obtain personal data face to face, via telephone, social media or email. You provide personal data when completing the contact form via my website or in writing via paper based client consultation forms.
How is your personal data stored/ kept
All appropriate security measures are used to protect your personal data. In compliance with my insurance policy your personal data is kept securely for 7 years from the date of your last appointment.
How your personal data is used
I use your personal data to ensure safe and effective treatments and classes. To communicate with you regarding appointments and to inform you of relevant services and classes opportunities. By contacting me, using my services and/or attending classes you agree to receive these communications. In light of COVID-19, your contact details, if requested for Track and Trace purposes will be shared with the registered government body coordinating this.
I will never pass your personal data to a third party
Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to your treatment cost.
I aim to provide the best possible treatments and classes, please provide information regarding any health conditions you may have which may affect your treatments/Yoga practise.
